Reports can be submitted by citizens via email to disabilita@governo.it or by calling +39 06 67792456. (The telephone service is available: Tuesdays from 10:00 to 12:00; Thursdays from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00).

  • The Technical Secretariat for Disability Policies manages reports submitted by citizens or associations regarding issues related to disability.

  • Reports must be clear and complete. Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 "General Data Protection Regulation" (GDPR), any personal data provided and freely communicated will be processed in respect of fundamental rights and freedoms, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity, and the right to the protection of personal data.

  • The personal data provided and any attached documents will be stored only for the time necessary for their processing and will subsequently be destroyed.

  • It is necessary to provide your personal details: messages missing this information will remain unanswered.

  • Under no circumstances will opinions or answers be provided regarding individual cases. The Secretariat does not have the power to intervene in or override the decisions of other Administrations.

  • Therefore, reports containing requests for tax or legal advice, or those concerning ongoing litigation with other Institutions, Public Administrations, Entities, or Associations, cannot be taken into consideration.

  • In all cases, anonymous messages or those containing insults or threats will be ignored. In the most serious cases of insults and/or threats against individuals, Institutions, Public Administrations, Entities, or Associations, such messages will be reported to the public security authorities.
