La Scuola d'Italia in New York - A Bridge to Our Country

During her visit to New York, Minister for Disabilities Alessandra Locatelli met with students and teachers from La Scuola d'Italia Guglielmo Marconi, an institution that has been promoting Italian language, culture and educational tradition for almost fifty years.

"It is wonderful to see how, even far from Italy, a strong connection with our country can be fostered every day," Locatelli said, highlighting the value of the school as a place for meeting, learning and personal growth.

The Minister thanked Principal Anthony Martire, the teachers, families and all staff for their warm welcome and for the work they carry out every day.
